LIVEKEEPER · HELP CENTRE

How can we help you?

Find answers to your questions about tickets, your account and using Livekeeper.

Getting started

How can I join Livekeeper?

Livekeeper is currently in invitation-only beta. Use Request access to apply. Invitations are sent gradually, depending on available places.

How do I install Livekeeper on my phone?

Open Livekeeper in Safari on iPhone, then use Share and Add to Home Screen. On Android, use the installation option offered by your browser. You can also use the website without installing it.

Can I try it without creating an account?

Yes. The demo shows fictional tickets and a selection of concerts without creating an account or importing your tickets.

My tickets

How do I add or correct a ticket?

Use the add button to import a PDF or add a concert without a ticket. Check the artist, date, venue and seating before confirming: automatic reading can make mistakes. You can then edit the details from the concert.

How do I access my ticket without a network?

Before leaving, save an offline copy on your device. Test it in airplane mode using Open my offline copies (Ouvrir mes copies hors ligne in the French interface). A ticket that has not been saved on that device cannot be downloaded without a connection.

Is the ticket in Livekeeper enough to get in?

Livekeeper stores your PDF but does not issue tickets or guarantee their acceptance. Some organisers require their application or a dynamic code: follow their instructions and keep your original ticket accessible.

Is there a storage limit?

The default limits are 100 PDFs, 250 MB in total and 20 MB per file. If you reach a limit, a message appears during import. The number of memories is not limited.

After the concert

Why has my PDF disappeared?

PDFs expire 24 hours after the concert time recorded in Livekeeper. The concert remains in your memories with its details and setlist. Check the date and time when importing. Keep the original PDF separately if you want to retain it.

Can I add a memory without a ticket?

Yes. You can add a past concert without a PDF, then complete its details and setlist. The number of memories is not capped.

Discovering concerts

How are concerts suggested?

Suggestions use your favourite artists, genres and past concerts. Each suggestion explains why it is shown. Concerts come from the Ticketmaster catalogue, so some events may be missing.

Why is a concert missing?

The concert may not be in the Ticketmaster catalogue, or may fall outside the area or time period searched. Suggestions do not cover every artist. If a search is incomplete, a message appears in Discover.

How do I change my city?

In your profile, open Preferences to choose a city and radius. Geolocation is optional and must be confirmed. Your preference does not change automatically when you travel.

Who handles purchases and refunds?

Purchases take place on the seller’s website. For a payment, refund, cancellation or missing ticket, contact that ticket seller. Livekeeper cannot access your order.

Account and security

Who can read my tickets?

When your personal vault is enabled, your PDFs, entry codes and seating details are encrypted. Support cannot view them. The artist, date and venue are still used to organise your concerts. You can check whether your vault is enabled in Account and security (Compte et sécurité in the French interface).

What is the recovery key for?

It lets you recover access to your vault if you forget its password. Store it separately in a safe place. Never send it to support, even when asking for help.

What if I forget my password?

Follow the recovery steps on the login screen. Regaining access to your account is not enough to open the vault: you still need its password or your recovery key. Without either, support cannot recover your encrypted tickets.

My data

How do I delete my account?

In Account and security (Compte et sécurité), choose Delete my account (Supprimer mon compte) and confirm with your username and password. Your account, tickets, vault and reminders are removed from the service. If you need help, use the contact form and choose My personal data.

What happens to my copies and messages after deletion?

Deleting your account does not erase downloaded files or offline copies on your other devices: remember to delete those too. Copies may remain temporarily in backups. Contact and access requests are stored separately for 90 days, then deleted automatically. You can request their deletion before then.
