LIVEKEEPER · YOUR DATA

Your privacy matters.

Understand the information Livekeeper uses and stay in control of your data.

Protecting your tickets

When your personal vault is enabled, your PDFs, entry codes and seating details are encrypted and protected by your password. Support cannot view them.

Keep your recovery key in a safe place: without it or your password, the vault’s contents cannot be recovered. Never share this information with support.

How your information is used

Your concerts are used to organise your tickets and memories. Your tastes and chosen city are used to suggest concerts near you. You choose whether to enable notifications and use geolocation.

How long your data is kept

Your PDFs expire 24 hours after the concert time recorded in Livekeeper. Your memories remain available until you decide to delete them. Keep copies of your original tickets if you want to retain them for longer.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can edit your information in the application and delete your account from Account and security (Compte et sécurité in the French interface). This removes your account and its tickets from the service. Remember to erase downloaded or offline copies on your devices too. Copies may remain temporarily in backups.

To access, correct or request deletion of your data, contact us. You may also request portability, restriction of use or object to its use, where applicable.

Public-page analytics

With your prior consent, Livekeeper uses self-hosted Umami to count public-page and demo views, estimate unique visitors within a day, and understand demo and access-request use. Measured actions are opening the demo, clicking to request access, confirmed receipt of a request, and booking-link clicks within the demo. Refusing does not restrict any feature.

Nothing is sent before consent. Your private area, login, invitations and recovery are not tracked. No analytics cookies, session recordings, email, account identifiers, ticket or form contents, destination URLs, URL parameters or referrers are sent. DNT and GPC always block sending, even after consent.

Your choice, its version and dates are saved for six months in this browser’s local storage, without a tracking identifier. Withdraw here or through “Audience preferences” in the footer, as easily as accepting. Clearing site storage resets your choice; blocked storage means no measurement. Withdrawal stops new sends, but does not retrospectively erase measurements already received.

The server receives the IP address and browser type and derives pseudonymous identifiers with a daily salt. The raw IP is not stored in the analytics database. Pseudonymous sessions are not anonymous data; a visitor returning on different days is not recognised as one unique person. Measurement data is intended to be deleted after 90 days by a daily purge. Activation is conditional on verifying this purge.

Umami is self-hosted at stats.livekeeper.app, not Umami Cloud. Technical access involves hosting and network intermediaries; we do not promise EU-only processing. Technical logs and backups are managed separately from the analytics database. To exercise your rights, use the contact details below; we do not request an extra identifier to track you.

External services

If you open a ticket seller or view embedded audio or video, that service applies its own privacy rules.
