PDF tickets, mobile tickets and Wallet: what is the difference?

A PDF, a Wallet pass and a ticket in a ticket seller’s application are different formats. The organiser decides which formats are accepted: always read the instructions supplied with your ticket.

PDF tickets

A PDF is a document containing concert details and usually a code to show at the entrance. Depending on the seller’s instructions, you may display it on a phone or print it. Livekeeper lets you collect these PDFs and associate them with your concerts.

Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes

A pass is designed to be added to a compatible mobile wallet. When a ticket seller offers one, use its Add to Wallet button. Importing a PDF into Livekeeper does not create an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass.

Mobile tickets with dynamic codes

Some sellers display a regularly changing code in their application. A PDF or screenshot does not necessarily replace that ticket. Follow the official process for your event.

Can any PDF be added to Apple Wallet?

A PDF is not itself a Wallet pass. First check whether the seller provides a compatible option. Livekeeper provides a place to organise and view your PDF tickets; it does not convert tickets into Wallet passes or generate entry codes.

What is Livekeeper for?

Livekeeper brings together your PDFs, concert details and memories. You can prepare offline copies and install the application on your home screen. Purchases, refunds and entry conditions remain the responsibility of the ticket seller and organiser.
