Collect tickets received by email
Download the PDF from your confirmation email or your account on the seller’s website. Identify the concert and ticket holder before importing it. An order confirmation email is not always a valid entry ticket.
Import and check each concert
In Livekeeper, add your PDF and check the artist, date, time, venue and seating. Automatic reading can make mistakes: correct the information before confirming. You can also add a concert without a PDF.
Find your tickets on iPhone and Android
Livekeeper works in your browser and can be installed on your home screen. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, then use Share and Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser’s installation option.
Prepare for arrival at the venue
Open your ticket before leaving and check that the code and details are legible. For access without a network, save an offline copy on the device you will use and test it in airplane mode.
Follow the organiser’s format requirements
Some events require the seller’s application or a dynamic code. Livekeeper stores your PDFs; it does not replace these systems or guarantee that a ticket will be accepted. Follow your ticket seller’s instructions.
