LIVEKEEPER · PRACTICAL GUIDES

How can you access your concert ticket without a network?

To access a PDF ticket without Internet, save it on the phone you will use at the entrance. Test it in airplane mode before leaving: viewing a ticket once does not guarantee it will remain available offline.

Save a copy on the right device

In Livekeeper, open the ticket and save an offline copy. You need a connection to prepare it. A copy saved on another phone does not make the ticket available on the one you take with you.

Test access in airplane mode

Turn on airplane mode, open Livekeeper and choose Open my offline copies (Ouvrir mes copies hors ligne in the French interface). Check that you can open the right ticket and read its code. Prepare access to your vault before leaving and keep your recovery key somewhere safe.

Check the ticket seller’s rules

A dynamic-code ticket may require the official application and a different process. Screenshots are not always accepted. Check the seller’s instructions for your event.

Charge your battery and keep the original

Charge your phone and keep the original PDF accessible. If the organiser accepts printed tickets, a paper copy can serve as a backup. An offline copy cannot fix a flat battery or an invalid ticket.

After the concert

PDFs stored in Livekeeper expire 24 hours after the recorded concert time. The concert stays in your memories. Keep the original separately if you want to retain it for longer.
